Retatrutide price per mg: every size worked out, October 2026

Research-grade retatrutide runs $4.20 to $10.50 per labelled milligram at list, and $2.81 to $7.04 while the October 2026 promotion runs. Every size, the shipping effect, and what a certificate does and does not say about the milligram you are paying for.

Retatrutide as a research material costs between $4.20 and $10.50 per labelled milligram at our list prices, and between $2.81 and $7.04 per milligram while the October 2026 promotion of 33% off runs. The larger the vial, the lower the figure. There is no price for retatrutide as a medicine, because no regulator has approved one and nothing is sold as a medicine; press estimates of a future list price are forecasts, not prices. What follows is the arithmetic for every size we sell, what shipping does to it, and why a per-milligram figure is only as good as the certificate behind the milligram.

Retatrutide price per mg by size

Each line below is one vial of lyophilized retatrutide. The list price is the catalog price; the promotion price is what the site charges while the current promotion runs, which the product page shows beside the struck-through list price. The per-milligram figure is the price divided by the labelled milligrams.

VialList priceList, per mgPromotion price (33% off)Promotion, per mg
10 mg$105.00$10.50$70.35$7.04
20 mg$200.00$10.00$134.00$6.70
30 mg$240.00$8.00$160.80$5.36
48 mg$300.00$6.25$201.00$4.19
60 mg$400.00$6.67$268.00$4.47
200 mg$840.00$4.20$562.80$2.81

Two things stand out in the table. The 48 mg vial is cheaper per milligram than the 60 mg vial, at list and on promotion, so a laboratory that needs about fifty milligrams pays less for the 48 than for the 60. And the step from 10 mg to 200 mg cuts the per-milligram figure by 60 percent, which is the usual shape of peptide pricing: the synthesis, cleavage, purification and lyophilization cost of a lot is spread over more material in a larger vial, as solid-phase synthesis and the price sets out.

Prices in this table were read on October 23, 2026. The product page is always current; if the two disagree, the product page is right.

What shipping does to the price per mg

Shipping is a flat $12.99 per order, and orders of $1,000 or more ship free. Because the charge is per order rather than per vial, it matters most on a single small vial and almost disappears on a larger order. The landed figure, meaning the vial price plus shipping divided by the labelled milligrams, looks like this at promotion prices:

OrderVialsShippingLanded totalLanded, per mg
One 10 mg vial$70.35$12.99$83.34$8.33
One 60 mg vial$268.00$12.99$280.99$4.68
Two 60 mg vials$536.00$12.99$548.99$4.57
One 200 mg vial$562.80$12.99$575.79$2.88
Two 200 mg vials$1,125.60$0.00$1,125.60$2.81

The same arithmetic applies to any supplier: take the vial price, add the shipping that order would actually carry, and divide by the milligrams on the label. A low headline price per vial with a high shipping charge can land above a higher headline price with none.

Which sizes have a current certificate

A per-milligram figure assumes the milligram is there and is retatrutide. The only evidence of that for a research material is the lot certificate, so the price table above is incomplete without this one.

An archived certificate is one for an earlier lot of that size; it is kept in the certificate library for the record but does not describe the lot now shipping. The 200 mg size has no certificate of its own. Both facts are stated on the product page as well, and the per-milligram arithmetic for those two sizes should be read with them in mind.

Every certificate here was issued by one laboratory on a sample submitted by our supplier. We do not hold a second laboratory's report on any retatrutide lot, and we say so rather than imply otherwise. What each line of one of these certificates means is worked through in how to read a retatrutide certificate.

Price per labelled mg is not price per mg of peptide

The figures in this piece divide by the milligrams printed on the label. They do not divide by the milligrams of retatrutide actually in the vial, and the two are not the same number.

Purity by RP-HPLC, the figure on the certificates above, is the share of the chromatogram's peak area that belongs to the main peak. It says how clean the peptide is relative to the other things that absorb light at 214 nm. It does not say how much of the vial's mass is peptide: a lyophilized peptide also carries water and counter-ions, usually trifluoroacetate from purification, and those weigh something. The mass figure is net peptide content, which needs a separate assay, as net peptide content explains. Our retatrutide certificates report purity and do not report net peptide content, so a per-milligram figure corrected for content cannot be calculated from them, and this piece does not pretend to.

What can be said is that, at the purities on these certificates, correcting for purity alone moves the per-milligram figure by a few cents. The 60 mg vial at $268.00 is $4.47 per labelled milligram; at 99.85% purity it is $4.47 per milligram of main-peak material to the cent. Net content is the figure that would move it, and the honest position is that we do not have it. Purity is not potency covers why a high purity figure still leaves that question open.

The retatrutide and cagrilintide blend

The retatrutide and cagrilintide research blend is one vial holding 12.5 mg of retatrutide and 2.5 mg of cagrilintide. It is $200.00 at list and $134.00 on promotion. Dividing by the 12.5 mg of retatrutide alone gives $16.00 and $10.72 per milligram; dividing by all 15 mg of peptide gives $13.33 and $8.93. Neither figure compares cleanly with the single-peptide table, because the vial contains two peptides and its certificate, RTCAG15-0803, reports purity for the blend as submitted. It is priced as a blend and should be compared with other blends, if at all.

How to compare any two retatrutide prices

  1. Take the vial price the supplier actually charges, promotion included, not the struck-through one.
  2. Add the shipping that your order size would carry.
  3. Divide by the milligrams on the label.
  4. Check whether a current certificate exists for that size and lot, and which laboratory issued it. A price per milligram with no certificate behind it is a price per milligram of an unknown.
  5. If the certificate reports net peptide content, divide by labelled milligrams multiplied by that content figure; if it reports only purity, note that and compare like with like.

The figure that comes out is a price for laboratory material released against a certificate. It is not a price for anything else, and the material is supplied for laboratory research use only, which is the condition on which the retatrutide research reference and every page linked from it rests.

Common questions

How much does retatrutide cost?

As a research material, between $4.20 and $10.50 per labelled milligram at our list prices and between $2.81 and $7.04 on the current promotion, depending on vial size. As a medicine, nothing: no regulator has approved a retatrutide medicine, so none is sold and none has a price. Where that stands is kept current on is retatrutide FDA approved?.

What is the cheapest retatrutide size per mg?

The 200 mg vial, at $4.20 per labelled milligram at list and $2.81 on promotion. Among the sizes with a current certificate, the 48 mg vial is the lowest at $6.25 and $4.19. The 200 mg size has no certificate on file.

Why is the 48 mg vial cheaper per mg than the 60 mg vial?

Because of where the list prices sit: $300.00 for 48 mg is $6.25 per milligram, and $400.00 for 60 mg is $6.67. The sizes come from different lots with their own pricing, and the figures are reported as they are rather than smoothed.

Does the price per mg include shipping?

Not in the first table. Shipping is $12.99 per order and free from $1,000, and the second table shows what it does to the per-milligram figure for a few order sizes.

Does the 33% promotion change the certificate?

No. The promotion changes the price and nothing else. The lot, the certificate and the material are the same at either price.
