These terms govern every order placed with [Registered company name] LLC, trading as Touchstone Peptides ("we", "us"). Placing an order means accepting them. We can change them, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

What we sell, and what it is not

Everything in this catalog is supplied for laboratory and research use only. It is not a drug, a food, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device. None of it is approved by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

It must not be administered to humans or animals. Bodily introduction of any material sold here is prohibited, and so is relabeling or reselling it as a drug, a supplement or a cosmetic.

We do not publish dosing, protocol or route-of-administration guidance, and we will not supply it if asked.

Who may buy

You must be twenty-one or older, and you must be buying on behalf of yourself or an organization for laboratory research. Every order requires you to confirm this. That confirmation is recorded with your order, with the date and time it was given.

You are responsible for confirming that possession and use of what you order is lawful where you are. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we refund in full when we do.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown in full on the catalog page — there is no account to open and no quote to request. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies and is shown before you pay.

We take card and bank transfer. Card orders are charged when the order is placed. Bank transfer orders are reserved and ship once the payment clears; a reservation is held for ten days and then released.

If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we will tell you before charging you, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.

Shipping, title and risk

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Shipping is free over $99 and a flat rate below it, shown in the basket before you enter a card.

Your order is fulfilled from our supplier's US facility. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the parcel. We ship within the United States only.

You are responsible for the address you give us. We are not liable for an order delivered correctly to an address you entered incorrectly.

Damaged, wrong or short orders

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery, with a photograph, and the replacement ships at our cost. That covers a broken vial, a wrong line, a missing line, and a cold pack that arrived warm.

A package the carrier has marked delivered but you have not received is a carrier claim; tell us and we will open it with them on your behalf.

Returns and refunds

Unopened vials can come back for any reason within 60 days. Unopened vials, any reason, no restocking fee. Opened vials cannot be returned, because we cannot verify what has happened to material that has left our chain of custody and we will not resell it to somebody else.

If a lot fails its own published specification, we refund it in full whether it is opened or not. That is the one promise here that is ours rather than the industry’s, and it is deliberate.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving. Shipping is refunded when the fault was ours.

What we will not do

We do not sell syringes, needles, prep pads, or anything else whose only use is an injection. We do not give dosing or administration guidance. We do not claim that anything here treats, prevents or improves any condition. We do not take cryptocurrency.

Warranties and what we are liable for

We warrant that what arrives matches the identity and purity on the certificate of analysis for that lot, and that it was handled and shipped as described. That is the whole of the warranty. Everything else — fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, suitability for any use you have in mind — is disclaimed to the extent the law allows.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost data or lost time in a laboratory.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of what you bought, including any use outside the laboratory-research purpose you confirmed when you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state. If a term here is found unenforceable, the rest survives.
